Membership

Rates

Membership is paid on an annual basis spanning 1st October to 31st September the following year.

The rates for 2011/12 as agreed at this year's AGM are:

Senior (including £5 England Athletics Levy)	£37.00
Senior Non-Competing	£32.00
Junior (11-19) / Student (including £5 England Athletics Levy)	£26.00
Juniors (U11)	£21.00
Family (maximum 2 adults and minimum 1 junior)	£55.00*
Volunteer	£16.00

*Each competing family member must also pay an additional £5 England Athletics levy.

The entry fee includes free use of our track and changing facilities and ensures that you are covered by the club's insurance when using our facilities.

Please pay your fees promptly. Membership will be suspended if fees not received by 28th November and only re-activated on payment of the outstanding amount plus £5 late payment fee.

Note, if you are joining part way through the membership year then please contact Mike Griffiths or a committee member to find out what it will cost.

Having filled in your form you can make payment in one of the following ways:

• Via online banking: Email your form to Mike Griffiths who will supply account details
• In person: Hand in your form & payment at the club to either Mike Griffiths (Tuesday evenings) or Julie Fletcher (Monday/Wednesday evenings)
• Subscriptions Post Box: Put your form & payment (cheque only) into one of the envelopes provided and pop it into the Subscriptions 'Post Box' in the club house
• By post: Please send the relevant form and cheque to:
