Club Races

Newcastle (Staffs) AC promotes two races each year - the Newcastle 7 and the Newcastle Relay and also support the Dales Dash organised by Bill Barker.

The Knights Newcastle 7 is one of the longest running road race fixtures in North Staffordshire and forms part of the North Staffs Road Runners Association (NSRRA) race series.

Starting outside the club house at Ashfields, the race winds its way up the tough but rewarding Black Bank before descending into Silverdale and a fast run in to the finish just off Silverdale Road.

The 2012 event will be held on Sunday 15th April starting at the new time of 10.00am.

The Newcastle Relays is a fun 4 x 1 mile off road relay held in Lyme Valley, just outside Newcastle town centre, and is open to teams of all ages and abilities.

The Dales Dash is a multi-terrain, traffic free 10k run starting from Apedale Community Country Park and will be held on Sunday 6th December.
